absolute chaos in this book, i didn’t know ol’ ernie was so funny. he’s wasted on the youth, and by that i mean he reads better with some personal life experience behind you rather than trying to tackle him young.
i went into this believing i would hate it (hence, a librivox recording as i fall asleep rather than tainting my eyes) and i don’t.
there is some wild racism but less sexism than expected?
