This is a nice book to pick up every once and a while and read a couple chapters. Not meant to be read all at once, as it wasn’t written that way.
I’ve already read Kitchen Confidential and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has read that. However, if you want something that follows Bourdains career after Confidential, I’d assume Medium Raw is what you would prefer. I still need to read that
