I'm being forced to read this book against my will for work. I deeply dislike these kinds of books that encourage this grind culture where work is the only thing that matters in your life. This guy literally said that to create urgency one of the options is to tell your teams that "they have twenty-four months to become first or second in their markets, with the penalty for failure being divestiture or closure."
