In the first chapter we learn that Thea has Aspergers, like me! Her father has been in an accident and is in a coma. It seems he is aware that he is in a coma. Thea's brother Dimitri also has Aspergers. A famous man in a drug trial has been assassinated. All of this in the "world's greatest hospital".
