Rereading WH after watching the movie (2026 version) and I’m astounded how different they actually were. The movie was definitely “inspired” and not a recreation of the novel.
Also 27% in and Cathy has married Edgar after waiting 3 years for heathcliff to come back.. their love would’ve been one of ages…..
