I can’t lie, the uber-religious protagonist is throwing me for a loop right now. However given the description of the book, I know stuff is going to spiral quickly. I also cannot STAND body horror so I have a bad feeling based on what I’ve already heard. I’m going to keep at it because I don’t believe in DNF’ing but yikes.
