Just kill me! I spent almost the entire book secretly rooting for Coryo. Then the Sejanus‘ hanging tree scene happened and I finally snapped back to reality. The book traumatized me like 1000 times more than the movie. I was so horrified I had to put it down for a minute. Anyway, once again, 5 stars for sure😭

Watched the movies 3 times before and still acting like I didn’t get traumatized. Still gonna give this 5 stars in the end🤷🏻‍♀️🤘🏻
