Although I love this book, but it’s so clear that the writers never been to Europe. She uses the name Lexapro to describe certain meds even though Lexapro is a name brand not used outside the US. Also a big deal is the weight of the truffle; why would they use pounds and ounces to describe it? She goes out of her way to use Italian terms for things that don’t matter but for this it has to be freedom units? No ty
