Finished. This book was first published in 1864. Sometimes these older books feel a little disjointed, not a smooth read, but a very good book. I think I have a first edition. There are no dates in the book, but reseach on the internet appears it is a first edition. Too bad it is not in good shape. I know there are newer copies-2012 published, and would recommend it if you like a good story about good people.
