So far, other than it being rather difficult to keep up with it being the present or future, the author is very descriptive. She describes everything from the material of Clare's dress, the type of food the two of them ordered, the way the meadow was, and the way each one of them looks. This is very helpful because then as the reader I can build the image the author wants (W)
