Oh, my IH ass understands this...

Man, this book is hard to listen to, thematically speaking. Also, been realizing it requires my full attention, so I can't really multi-task at all during it. Almost tempted to read it with my eyes, as slow as that would be.

Was 5% into Demon Copperhead at my usual 2x (so, about 30 mins of actual listening time), and realized this story is way too meandering (not necessarily in a bad way) and accented for me to be able to follow it at this speed, and I can barely tell you what's happened so far, so I'm going back to the beginning, and gonna try it again at 1.25x.
