Did I expect to be enamored by a woman in her 70s? No.

Am I completely obsessed with her? Yes.

This has been a beautiful read so far. I don’t usually love a format that relies heavily on letters, but the writing style here makes it flow seamlessly.

There is just enough left off the page to create intriguing and keep me hungry for the next letter. I love it!!

I was worried at first about the format being fully based on letters. That isn’t usually a form I find very interesting long-term, and can be difficult for authors to provide enough detail without the letters seeming unnatural.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised so far. I found the voice of the characters to be captivating. I feel I am reading their words in their voice in a natural way.
