A little predictable but a decent story nevertheless.

The anachronistic language still bothers me. Things like "The flint was a sharp as broken glass" just don't seem to fit.

I am finding the way the primitive people think in modern terms a bit hard to get used to.

I'm wondering which of my book shelves I should put this one in; Historical Fiction, Fantasy or Science Fiction?
