I mean... I want plot. We've officially met Lance Orion, Lionel Acrux is as awful and manipulative as ever and we've had a brief meeting with the heirs, currently 13 years old I think. We've met with Prof. King, and yet the plot seems to be at a standstill. I could do with less tension right now, and more plot. I find myself craving it. Yeah, character dynamics are slowly developing between the Kings, but my plot :(

Oh... Things I think, plotwise is picking up. Currently it is a lot of lust and spice of different types, but I think this is the spiciest book in this series?? Buuut another king knows the truth ... How long till the last two also get the truth? And will the second king help them investigate? He could be resourceful after all. I need a bit more plot now, I lack in the plot department.

I've felt tired recently. Picking up my current book has and is at times difficult. That being said ... I feel like we see more of the boys, who they are - how much they care for Elise. I loved how Leon went all "Nope. We're watching The Lion King!" and the two chapters that forced Dante and Ryder together? Maybe... Maybe it isn't hopeless. I sense upcoming character growth - in all of them. Gabriel as well.

... I have always been a plot reader first and foremost, but heavily relying on character growth and seeing myself somewhat in the MC. The sisters have me screaming at the tension. The TENSION. Where did little plotty addicted me go? (I'm blaming raging pregnancy hormones on this switch, okay?). Because as of right now, I'm more concerned with tension, not the mystery of the plot. That is my personal plot twist.
