im so charmed by holden in this book. hes so confused at all times. why is he always soaking wet? why is he always standing in the rain or lying on the floor? i love that all of the other characters are just like my god how stupid, hes so pathetic and miserable that the only thing i can feel towards him is pity. i love sad pathetic confused holden
