Totally unrelated, but I just saw a book being dedicated to a "Taran." I guess the name comes from Prydain, but it never really crossed my mind you could actually name a child that! I don't know, it's good that I'm not from an English-speaking country, otherwise my kids would have really weird names like Taran, Eilonwy, Lir, Jude, or Valarr ✨
