The passage I'm reading now has gotten the Dalai Lama in hot water with the queer community at times. Tsongkhapa presents the inappropriate modes of sexual activity, which not only extends to queer sex, but all forms of sodomy, heterosexual or otherwise. The Dalai Lama seems to, at least publicly, interpret this part of the text as referring to only monastic conduct, but this is not stated at all in the text itself.

This was a fun little chapter about Buddhist hell realms. They are remarkably creative in terms of the tortures they inflict upon beings that are reborn there. All the more reason to take up the path of enlightenment!
