I cannot believe this is STILL not done. It's not a bad story but omfg, it's at least 100 pages too long.

This book is making me cry. That's how badly I want it to wrap up already. Could I honestly DNF this at 75% of the way in?

Even understanding that tropes are the draw in this genre, this book is beginning to drag. Feels like we could have wrapped whatever this is up by now.
