I am so disgusted. But not about about the book but with myself. I am so disgusted that I found the M.O so fascinating because it really is sick. (This isn't a spoiler, trust) Like hanging people? Slitting their throats while they're hanging by their bloodied ankles upside down with their hands tied down to the front of them? WHY DO I ENJOY THIS? AND WHY IS IT SO GOOD?

I know I really shouldn't be laughing at this book, but like Emma's responses to Simon is honestly really funny to me and Idk y. Cooper feels like Director Sterling and Agent Sterling from the Naturals. Like Agent Sterling wouldn't be that diabolical and she would be straight forward but Director Sterling totally would. So idk...like I like Cooper, and he's clearly had some history with Simon....so we'll see
