I was really enjoying the writing style and the concept until I got to Joe’s 17th birthday. I was really hoping what I had already suspected to be an imprinting situation was going to be platonic. It’s upsetting that the characters we meet at sixteen and TEN!!! end up in a romantic relationship ??? Considering a DNF which sucks as I was invested in the wolf/fantasy concept.
