Diapsalmata felt like it needed a emo Bart Simpson edit in the background…and that’s not a critique.
But also I struggling to subscribe to an interpretation of the book that is not presenting the Aesthetic life in a repugnant manner. I think the Diaspsalmata just throws a bad shadow over the whole life which I can’t shake off, when what one craves is some kind of feeling you know it’s bad.
