I actually enjoy the book much more than I expected because it's actually super super easy to understand. It's almost as if a child would like to understand and be taught how to think about different personalities in entrepreneurship and business, and how important it is to take a look inside yourself and analyze yourself. Are you a technician/manager/entrepreneur most of the time?
