First doctor’s story was good. It captured the essence of the character well in an under-explored time period.
Second doctor’s story was fine but a bit odd. It featured many elements of the show including the master, time lords, and the extreme versatility of the sonic screwdriver long before they were introduced on the show. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was originally a fourth doctor script retrofitted.
