I got my copy of this book last night and met Prof. McConnell at a booksigning at Half-Price Books in Dallas. I have been a fan of hers for many years, since her show on Wisconsin Public Radio, "Calling All Pets."
I have read much of her nonfiction and she has helped me form my philosophy on animal training and care.
I was delighted to meet her last night. She was a joy, and I can't wait to read this book.
