Halfway through, I’m really liking the world building and the inner conflicts of Leto… but what’s the plot of this book? I had the same feeling with Children of Dune where the plot felt very bland and sort of in the background. Also I thought we already did the whole “Duncan gets his memories back” thing in Messiah. Hope it picks up a little, and we get some more Leto development.
