Honestly the word “whilst” being used so much is driving me a little nuts. I keep reading hoping and praying for some redeemable qualities to appear with the FMC. I get that she’s had a massive trauma and dealing with it but I just can’t bring myself to like her at all. Hopefully my mind will be changed before the end of the book.
