Learned about the “hot” and “cold” state and the terrifying responses people had in the “hot” state ha ha, passion drives irrationality.

Learned about social norms versus market exchange, how people can be motivated by social pressure to perform better than low wages and salaries. Those influenced by social pressure perform the same as those given competitive pay, but those given uncompetitive pay perform worse.

There is a cost to free… but it’s a good motivator. Slap something free on, people flock!

Learned about the topics of arbitrary coherence, anchoring and self-herding. The qoute: “Descartes said, Cogito ergo sum - “I think therefore I am”. But suppose we are the sum of our first, naive random behaviors. What then?” stuck with me. We irrationally follow first impressions and herd our lives around them. Interesting.
