So far it's been pretty useful in some key ways to help identify underlying elements of things I'm working through. Will say, wish the author would partner on the next edition with someone who works with more queer relationships. Would be nice to have more of those dynamics explored because they do inform different things and would be more relevant...considering writing a longer review if it feels helpful
