This is, by far, one of the worst books I've read. The best description I can give at this point is a poorly conceived mishmash of Freudian fantasy, millionaire playboy celebrity, lost boys, Alice in Wonderland, Monty Python, A Clockwork Orange melange that is beyond self-indulgent slathering of ego with filth.

I am not going to finish this book. I rarely do this, but this is not worth the effort.
