Allie looks deeper in Leah's phone. She finds out that she asked their dad if she can live with them but her dad said no because of his new girlfriend. This makes Allie so mad because her dad chose his new girlfriend over them. Allis is lost and can't seem to find her way of painting. Her mom gives her advice to paint all around the house. So she does and feels much better.

Her mom finally tells her the true story about why she stopped painting. It was Allie and Leah's fault. Allie encourages her mom to start painting again. Nick and Max wanted to see Allie but Allie is not ready yet. Allie almost figures out the whole story of why Leah killed herself because John gives Allie Leah's old phone. Leah's phone held secrets that Allie discovered.

Allie is okay and goes home to her house. She misses Leah. When she gets to her studio her paintings of Leah are gone. She goes nuts. Her mom promises her she will find them. Emery then walks in and apologizes to Allie and tells her she knows where the paintings have been taken. Allie and Energy go the the storage unit and Allie is happy because they are safe, but there aren't just Allie's painting but instead her...

continued... Allie is an emotional world wind. She tries to seize the pain by taking pills but takes too much and passes out. She wakes up in the hospital. Everyone thinks she tried to commit suicide. This puts Allie's parents in stress. Allie wonders what will happen next.

When Allie goes to school the next day Nick is mad at her. Nick shows her pictures of her and John. She tries to explain that they were talking about Leah but Nick doesn't believe her. Allie also finds out that Emery and Max once dated. This crushes Allie because she trusted and loved them. Allie finally realizes why she sees Leah. She realizes that Leah is just a ghost and not real. This also crushes Allie.

John tells Allie he knows stuff about Leah that know one else knows. So Allie goes to talk to him. He tells her every thing he knows. Allie is so shocked. He told her that he was Leah's secret love and that they loved each other. Most of the parts are coming together. Allie recalls the time when they started the pact. Allie was so confident in the pact then but know she doesn't know why Leah even started the pact.

continued......Leah and Allie also talk and Leah tells Allie some of the truth why she killed herself. Leah also tells Allie all the things she misses and wishes she could participate in. When Allie hears this she wishes Leah was really alive.

Allie is struggling because Max tells her he loves her. This is confusing Allie because she is starting to like Nick. Nick and Allie go on their fist date. Before the dance, Leah helps Allie get ready by brushing her hair and picking her outfit out. Nick and Allie have a great date but Allie somewhat misses Max. Allie knows she has to pick one. Leah and Allie also talk and Leah tells Allie some of the truth why...

continued..When Allie gets to art class she digs down deep and paints a beautiful painting. Nick is very impressed. When Allie runs to the bathroom because she feels dizzy Leah is in there. Allie asks how am I supposed to do this. Leah says take these pills and don't skip class. This is Leah's plan and Allie goes along with it because it is the only plan left.
