"echthesia: n, a state of confusion when your own internal sense of time doesn't seem to match that of the calendar - knowing that something just happened though it apparently took place 7 years ago, or that you somehow built up a decade of memories in the span of only a year and a half."

A lot of these are getting a little same-y, but THIS ONE is possibly the most useful so far.

"pithered: adj, frustrated that you can't force yourself to remember something, even though it's right on the tip of your tongue - wishing you could simply rifle through your own files directly, rather than having to toss random scraps to your team of mental archivists, who evidently need hours to sift through the pile before they come up with an answer, just as you're falling asleep." And usually 2 days late.

Anechdoche: n. A conversation in which everyone is talking but nobody is listening [...] From anecdote, a short and often amusing account of real-life events + synecdoche, a figure of speech in which a part stands for the whole.

Hanker sore: adj. Finding a person so attractive it actually kinda pisses you off.

symptomania: n. the fantasy that there's some elaborate diagnosis out there that neatly captures the kind of person you are, tying together your many flaws and contradictions into a single theme-which wouldn't necessarily sort out the mess inside your head but would at least let you mark it with a little sign so people know to walk around it.

I wish there were examples for how to use in a sentence for some of these. "Addleworth: adj. able to settle the question of whether you're doing okay in life [...] score your progress in discrete and measurable units - points, dollars, friends, followers, or a grade point average - which may not clear up where you're going but would at least reassure you that you're one step closer to getting there.

fool's guilt: n. a pulse of shame you feel even though you've done nothing wrong

liberosis: n. the desire to care less about things; knighthawk: n. a recurring thought that only seems to strike you late at night; nimentia: n. the post-distraction effort to recall the reason you're feeling particularly anxious or excited. (Why was I sad again? Oh right. Why did I remind myself about that.)
