i don't think this is for normal every day people, the way it's written it's def more for wealthy corporate types of people. also the underlying tone i've gotten is that the author is very rigid and doesn't want you to deviate from her plan, like there's no if this doesn't work try this it's more of if it doesn't work you're clearly the problem like oh ok.

the weird new age-y bullshit i can look past bc she does have some good ideas, i am just having a hard time bc she seems like a self important asshole who keeps bragging about how she's HELPED so MANY people and how WONDERFULLY AMAZING she is, like babe we're 24 pages in let the work speak for itself before you toot your own horn too much.
