New writer for this one - a man (I will judge harshly). So far not bad. I've read a lot of WC fanfiction over the years and you can always tell when someone isn't quite comfortable yet writing from an animal POV because they'll use human phrases and just replace them with "cat words." It feels distinctly not "Erin" but not necessarily bad. Just like im reading a well edited fanfic
