Finished “Blood Cheistry” where a renowned scientist, named Dr. John O’Hagan, explains the love, loss and the many scientific wonders that he experienced in his years.

This is a solid chapter that details on of the oldest living man in history.

Finished the chapter where Sakura Tomii continues her life story, filled with heartache, pain and eventually a light at the end of the tunnel.

I do like the fact that one of these characters that the author talked to has come back to continue her life story. I think this book is a banger.

Finished “Everywhere I Go” where a Croatian man recounts his time around the world, having a job by day, while going to town by night.

I do say this man may have a bit of an erotic experience, but it’s just the way that he enjoys being himself.

Finished “The Find” where a retired exploration geologist, named Ned, who discovers two finds that brighten his day. One of which is a mineral from his youth, while the other is a special kind of find.

This chapter is short, yet sweet, discovery of a man who’s simple video viewing means a lot to him.

Finished “Square Two”, where it’s a rainy day in Brisbane, but the job doesn’t stop for The Author. He meets a man selling newspapers, named Dom, who has a knack for pool playing, and a couple, named Mia & Troy, whose former appearance saved the latter’s life.

This is a pretty sweet chapter that proves that anything can happen if you find your own special love to drag you out of darkness.

Finished “Later Rob”, where an old lady, named Emily, recounts her love through Richard to Roy and finally Ron. According to her, “they were all bloody Rs.”

This is a sweet story, which places it somewhere in 2021, simply because there was a bus advertising “Black Widow”, a movie I dislike. Anyway, I enjoyed the sights and sounds of Trent’s Australian world.

Finsihed the chapter where the author goes to a book store and encounters a couple with a love story of their own and a special hardcover book. Then writes a message to one of his favourite musical performers of all time.

This chapter is something else entirely, as it details the love connection that spans communication skills, and proves that some performers are normal people’s biggest fans.

Finished “The Last of the Rowing Whalers” where a bushy bearded man, named Bob, recounts his losses and tell the story of the man who was a bright light in his time.

After a high strung pajama wearing party animals, we have a laid-back bushy man with a troubled past. Needless to say, this book has loads of interesting characters with their own time to shine.

Finished “Pay no worship to the garish sun” in which a strange man in PJs with a hidden love of Shakespeare, Jonathan Wen, comes across the author and recounts his strange love & his antics.

This is a solid chapter, and proves that even strangers, weirdos and party animals know how to love in their own way.

Finished “Cumulus people”, where an old lady, named Jo, gives the author a guide to know each type of cloud, while also chatting with a burly man who creates homemade greeting cards, despite his learning disability, a gay man who has a hilarious misunderstanding on his first date, and a couple who make rings for people

This is a lengthy, yet breezy chapter that involves the pedestrians of Australia.
