Not how I saw that confrontation going. Love being surprised by an author’s ability to write their way out of a situation.

I fully relate to her reactions and thoughts, but I’m a teeny disappointed in Kate so far. I know she is less of a strategist and more brut force… zero strategies at all over the last 6 months?? She spent her whole life alone and prepping for this, why is she is still ridiculously unprepared and constantly saying she wishes Curran was there. I like their team work, except she don’t need no man!
