McDougall is an engaging, albeit scrambled writer. The plot trots along with many detours and backtracks, covering background information and related stories. I started reading this on Sunday, and by Tuesday I was halfway through. With only 100 pages to go, I'm feeling inspired to get out in the grass and start training my bare feet!
