3/4 into the book and it finally feels like we’re past the prequel/backstory!! I’m listening on audiobook and I don’t think I’d be as engaged if I didn’t listen on 1.5x+ speed. BUT this truly is a space opera in the best way!

I like sci-fi like this and Red Rising, but the writing is so descriptive and lengthy. Besides that, it really does meld you into their world.
