It's pretty sad and scary to think that such a disease, that is so curable, still runs rampant. The book so far has done a good job to stir up empathy in me for those effected with the disease. It dose make me wonder where in the United States it still has major impacts.

Interesting conclusion is this section. the people more susceptible are that way because they are forced by the social order to live in conditions that cause tuberculosis susceptible.
