Almost finished with this one, am loving it, and the library can't get the other four books in the series in.

Apparently I like fantasy romance now.

A fickle goddess of bargains with a bad reputation and an entire male bloodline cursed to have beastly forms. I need more of the Archduke's backstory.

So the Archduke himself is a precious cinnamon roll? Love it. This is reminding me of all the things I like about my favorite enemies to lovers couple Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade, though a much more condensed timeline.

And we have a Cromwell.

So we have an assassin with an obedience curse reminiscent of Ella Enchanted, a ruthless king like in The Daughters of Ys, and a cursed Archduke who turns into a beast/monster/demon thing. I like where this is potentially going.
