This guy has gone above and beyond for these elephants and it truly touches my heart. He even rescued ET (a lonely teenager elephant whose family was killed) from trophy hunters! Lawrence respects nature and uses Thula Thula to provide a home for indigenous African wildlife. Hearing about the bond that has formed makes me wish I could get closer to these creatures.

I had a feeling the Ovambos were up to something and I was right! I’m glad Lawrence figured everything out and found proof that they really were the poachers. It makes me so upset that people think slaughtering animals is okay. Now the elephant herd even got released into the full reserve finally!

I truly admire how much Lawrence is passionate about saving this wild elephant herd. This man has already done so much to make sure that they get to live their full lives. I’m already feeling like this book will teach me a few lessons
