“Isa (AS) will eventually return to earth as a follower of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS). After all, their message was the same, just like it was for all the Prophets: “Worship Allah alone. Nothing is worthy of worship except Him.”

Really fascinating that the book opines that if Maryam (AS) had to explain why and how she gave birth to Isa (AS), they would have never believed her anyway which is why it was best that Isa (AS) in his cradle spoke.

Musa (AS) tried so many times and the important lesson in this is that we give reminders and try and help as much as we can and don’t give up on people so easily. I think there is very much a lesson in this that we’re supposed to learn.

On top of it, Musa (AS) carried the rock to the well all by himself. Kind, strong, courageous, ready to help. Wow. And funny on top of it all. Wow, just what an amazing Prophet (SAWS). Yusuf (AS) story resonates with me, Musa (AS) story fills me with affection.

Musa (AS) is just so amazing, he so easily helped people, and went out of his way. Much love.

Well, I never expected to hear Firaun to be referred to as a party pooper. Many a things, a party pooper is definitely a different one.

Ayyub (AS)’s story is so dear to me. His frail weak body & illness took over him but his wife remained supportive. Others didn’t want to go near them because of his sickness & afraid they might catch it from either, not even sparing a kind word. But he remained positive & grateful, not complaining until one day he asked for mercy & Allah (SWT) granted it to him. His story is an inspiration for many (like me).

Shuaib (AS)’s story is so important when we think about how people behave in workplaces and in business and in the markets, to not deceive, cheat and betray people for more money and to have faith in God.

It’s so fascinating that I’m on a story of a Prophet (Shuaib (AS)), and I received a call to talk about a purchase I made which was misrepresented to me in that if I knew the outcome would be this, which was withheld from me by the person selling it, I would not have brought it. In Ramadan this happened, it is sad.
