Omg! I was going to give up too!!!! I’m at 52% now and only just realised that each chapter of the ‘story within’ is from the prospective of someone in the chapter before. Honestly I don’t have a clue what I’m reading about all the religion and don’t know what half the words mean 😂

It just zapped all the enjoyment of reading for me and I was finding it a chore. I’m going to read a Colleen Hoover book instead 🤣Good luck with the rest of the book!
