Even when their “beliefs” were debunked by research, they took it a diabolical step further and created an environment w/o resources for black people to develop into the “beliefs” they created. Hate can make people do some horrible things in a mind frame they genuinely have conditioned themselves or been conditioned to believe in is righteous. The fact that the original plans have not improved much is harrowing.
