Ooo I like this. The sibling dynamic and each characters’ distinct personalities are realistic and interesting. Still pretty early on in the book so there are mysteries to the tensions between the siblings and their childhood.

Hm I don’t know I feel about the fast progression of their relationship. I mean, I guess it’s in character for Isabel to develop an obsession, but doesn’t she care about how she will be perceived? Especially since she was disapproving of her brother’s sexuality. The sudden make-out/sex scenes feel too modern. Wouldn’t Isabel be more cautious and slower to warm?
