By this point, it’s gone a little Anne Rice on me. Not sure how I feel about the touch-and-feel approach on so many great vampire stories. I love my Anne Rice books with a strange ferocity. For the last few chapters, it’s grown a bit tedious and I hate that.

It’s really difficult to wrap your brain around Duane.
Multi-faceted comes to mind, but so does schizophrenic.

Keith Rosson should write a Rambo-style book.
And I mean that as a seriously high compliment having read and enjoyed First Blood by David Morrell.

Borrowing from so many great writers and woven with a fair amount of cleverness. It is redeeming its slow start.

And a child shall….yes, she will.
