rough estimate of where I am cos idh my copy rn^ but I feel like this book lingers too long on certain themes/periods of saint teresa’s life? and since it’s lingering on a period of aridity the reading experience can take on that same likeness… like we’ve been talking about this same thing for several chapters already 😭 I will press on tho
