I’m midway through this, and this makes me want to pick it up again and read it. It took me a long time to get to enjoy Dickens (apart from A Christmas Carol which is the exception to every rule :) but now after years of trying and failing to enjoy him, he’s officially a favorite of mine :) I especially enjoy him on Audible, it helps me catch his wittiness better 😆
