The book is really started to pick up now. There is clearly something wrong with Regan, and strange things are happening. I mean...a normal child all of a sudden speaking vulgar is obscene in itself. The last few words in chapter 3 gave me chills too: "there were no disturbances. That night". I'm really looking forward to my next read and to see what disturbances occur in the night!

At first I thought that this book was a bit slow and hard to understand at the beginning, and all it seemed to discuss was Chris and her acting career. All I got at this point was some tapping from above her little girl Regan's room which was determined to be rats. Now however, it has been revealed that the little girl has been tampering with an ouija board and strange things are starting to happen. Interesting.
