Cathy’s intentions are as interesting as they are bonkers. She wants to have her cake and eat it too. She wants Healthcliffe, but at the same time doesn’t want to give up the power of jealousy she holds over both him and Linton. Her and Heathcliffe are so proud that she daren’t let him know that she made a mistake in marrying. Crazy.
