Good info. Don’t like how he says you’re not allowed to have any prescription drugs, even for your mental or physical health, in order to engage in the practice???? The only acceptable medicine is MAYBE homeopathic holistic stuff like herbs and stuff. And you can’t do yoga while practicing….????????
